diagnostic & repair

Think there might be something wrong with your system?  The very first thing you should do is check your filter.  Quite often, a dirty filter is the culprit.  In Central Oregon especially, we recommend checking your filter and replacing it every 1-3 months.  If that doesn't fix the issue, give us a call and one of our experienced technicians will visit your home to diagnose the problem. We can service and repair any brand or type of heating and cooling equipment, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, air handlers, humidifiers, air purifiers, thermostats, fireplaces.

If parts are needed and the problem cannot be solved the same day, our friendly office staff will provide you with a price and time estimate to complete the repair.

Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems require proper and regular maintenance in order to work efficiently and last longer, but even in the best case scenarios most components of such systems only last 15 to 25 years. Furnaces on average last 15-20 years, heat pumps 16 years, and air conditioning units 10-15 years.

If you think it's time for a new system, give us a call for a free in-home estimate. We will schedule a convenient time to take a look at your home and discuss your needs.  We will then provide you with a written estimate.

Doing business with Tri County Climate means no hassle for you.  Our office staff will work with you from start to finish of the installation process, from scheduling, to product registration and warranties, to tax credits and rebates.
